What we collect

When you submit a consultation form on jts.education, we collect the information you choose to provide — your name, email, phone number, destination interest, intake year, current education, and any message you add. We also record your IP address, browser user agent, and referring page for security and spam prevention.

How we use it

We use your submitted information only to respond to your consultation request, contact you about your study abroad plans, and send occasional relevant updates. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Analytics and ad attribution

We use Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) and the Meta Conversions API to measure how people find us through ads and to build audiences for future campaigns. When you visit jts.education, Meta may record your visit. When you submit a consultation form, we also send a hashed copy of your contact details (SHA-256) to Meta to improve ad attribution — the hash means Meta cannot reverse it back to your real email or phone number. You can opt out of Meta's ad personalization at facebook.com/settings?tab=ads.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies to remember basic site preferences and the Meta Pixel cookie (_fbp) to help Meta attribute ad performance. No other third-party tracking runs on this site.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and the EU GDPR (for applicable users), you have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email info@jts.education and we will respond within 30 days.
